Matahari´s Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Matahari purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
You may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item.
If you prefer, we can exchange it for any item you choose of equal value from our webshop. In these cases we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Returns conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be unused, unwashed, unworn & generally in the same condition that you received it, with all the tags and labels attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the goods are not faulty.
When we issue a refund, the cost of the shipping of your order will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are usually processed within 1 working day of being received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment, within 3 working days.
